Warranty
Couturecurves offers a warranty for products damaged or defective within a reasonable period. The warranty details are as follows:

Couturecurves warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date. Within this period, products can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a refund (see “Refund Procedures” below) if they break down during proper use.
This warranty applies only to consumers, not to retailers or resellers. It is valid only if the product is purchased and operated in the country of purchase. Warranty claims expire 12 months from the purchase date unless an extended warranty is registered. Claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period, replaced, or refurbished.
For warranty service, follow the “Warranty Claim Procedures” outlined below. Keep original packaging for 90 days in case of returns.
Warranty Claim Procedures
To claim a warranty, customers must provide the following to Customer Support:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Pictures and/or descriptions of the defect
- Model and Series Number attached to the product
If the claim is justified, Couturecurves will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label. The defective item must be packed in its original packaging. Once returned, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (within 90 days from the original purchase date).
When using the RMA and prepaid shipping label, Couturecurves takes responsibility for any transit-related damage or loss.
Valid Proof of Purchase
Valid proof of purchase includes:
- Order numbers from purchases made through the Couturecurves official store (www.couturecurves.com) or authorized resellers like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- For other channels, contact their customer service directly for solutions.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Conditions resulting from improper use, maintenance, or care
- Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, environmental exposure, or unauthorized modifications
- Lost or stolen products
- Items exceeding the warranty period
- Products without quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase
- Free products, gifts, or refurbished items
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Buyer’s remorse after 30 days of purchase
- Accessories like adapters and covers
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Dissatisfaction from misuse or damage after improper installation or handling
Free returns within 30 days do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or the United States Minor Outlying Islands. To register for the warranty, please complete the form within 60 days of purchase, or the warranty will be void.
Refund Procedures
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (90 days if justified by Couturecurves support). To initiate a return, contact customer support with valid proof of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging. Once the item is inspected, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds may be rejected if items do not meet the above conditions. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request by contacting [email protected].
For purchases not made through authorized stores on Amazon, Walmart, or eBay, contact the retailer for refund instructions.
Return an Item on Your Own Label
If returning an item for a refund within 30 days, please provide:
- Your order number
- The platform where you purchased the item
Once the RMA is created, Couturecurves will provide the return address, and you are responsible for shipping. The product must be in its original, unused condition, and the refund will be issued once the item is received.
To expedite the refund process, please notify Couturecurves with the RMA number, the shipping carrier, and the tracking number.
Buyer’s Responsibility for Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:
- Unauthorized returns without an RMA
- Returns for reasons other than proven defects
- Accidental returns
- Defective items returned internationally
- Items found to be in normal condition after inspection
Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Couturecurves. The company disclaims any other warranties, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Any warranty related to misuse, improper selection, or misapplication of any product
- Any warranty that catalogs or websites accurately describe products
Couturecurves reserves the right to interpret or change these terms at any time without notice.
